I located Florida Climate Solutions on Thumbtack and decided to give them a try due to their rating and reviews. I'm here in Jacksonville visiting family, and 2 days ago, their AC unit stopped working. I reached out through the app in hopes that a technician could be sent out that same day. Unfortunately, due to a fully booked schedule, the first available was the following afternoon. When our technician arrived, he was pleasant and got right to work. After a quick assessment, he retrieved the necessary equipment from his vehicle to fix the issue, and in less than 10 minutes, the AC unit was up and running. Dealing with an irritatable toddler in this heat for 2+ days is unheard of. Thankfully, they were able to come out as quickly as they did to fix the issue.

When my a/c went out they were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. Kyle quickly diagnosed the issue and luckily it was a quick and easy fix. He was very professional, respectful, and explained the issue in terms I was able to comprehend. I’m so appreciative he got my air up and running again! I’ll definitely use them in the future, should anything else come up.

Florida Climate Solutions was wonderful!! They responded to our needs immediately. They fixed our air conditioning unit. They reviewed what items that we can do to maintain (change filter, clean hose with vinegar, set thermostat to auto, etc.). We highly recommend their services and will definitely use again.

Kyle was great! I messaged him yesterday and he came out this morning, ahead of schedule! He took his time to find out what was wrong and corrected the problem quickly. I did not need a different, more expensive repair as recommended by another company. He was friendly, informative, and we are glad we chose his company. As a fellow Thumbtack user, I know the importance of reviews and providing good quality work at fair prices. Will be calling them again!! Highly recommend!!
