- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to be fair and transparent. Proposed costs can usually be adjusted. If the owner discusses things through about the proposal we can usually find to come to an agreement on everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We focus on being transparent. I want to find some common ground to start building the relationship but most importantly I want to earn their trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continuously work in training. Everything from classes with manufactures to role playing in the office.
