- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing varies depending on size of the home/office space, number of bedrooms/bathrooms,pets, children, and any additional services you may need. After viewing the services you need,we can absolutely give you an approximate quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At T Microshine Cleaning, we first access your home/office or building space. After that we go through and tell you what the basic services include (sanitize all areas of the bathrooms/kitchen, dust and wipe down all furniture,mirrors,appliances,fixtures etc., trash removal, clean all floors including carpet/tile/wood/laminate) and more(commercial cleaning services vary depending on services needed). We also offer additional services such as move in/move out, refrigerator/cabinet/oven cleaning, baseboards, deep cleaning and more. We can provide any residential cleaning service. Anything the client has in mind- we can provide for them. Just ask,relax, and leave the cleaning to us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the commercial and residential cleaning business for over 7 years and have plenty of experience through cleaning our current clients. We always are ready to learn new and effective ways to ensure the best job will be fulfilled!
