This was not an easy job. They removed 1 very large tree with a horizontal branch that extended over my neighbor’s house. They couldn’t get the bucket truck in the backyard, but the climber was able to execute flawlessly without causing any damage. After completing that tree they did some significant trimming of my neighbor’s tree that went over my house. Again this was not an easy tree to trim with a bucket truck in between 2 houses and branches from another tree getting in the way. It’s a big crew and everyone knows their role so if you have a big job that’s technical and challenging this is the crew you want to hire.

Bret came to look at my yard immediately. It needed a lot of work and it was expensive because it was such a great deal of work and machinery required as well as many men. It was worth every penny to make my house safe and my trees as healthy as possible. I was educated by the arborist and we agreed on every decision together, including price, and which trees needed to go, and which trees needed to be trimmed. I feel safer and I’m sure the insurance company appreciates it.

I met with the estimator on Thursday and sent a message afterward that I would like to use their services. I was told I’d be contacted with a proposal and to schedule a time. Heard nothing back until they were standing in my back yard at 7:45 the next morning. I did not hear a knock on the door because I work from home and was on a call, and I wasn’t expecting anyone anyway. That alone does not justify this review. I had not planned on writing a review until the final straw - my gate being left open and my dogs getting out. 1 - Did not schedule a time - just showed up 2 - Parked one truck and trailer where it completely blocked my neighbors driveway, they had to call me to ask to have them move. 3 - one employee parked their car partially on the same neighbor’s lawn where their sprinklers are 4 - Since we had no idea they were in our back yard, we let our protection dog, Malinois, out for her morning business. They are lucky nobody was bit or worse. 5 - I was asked to move my car and open my driveway gate so they could get the equipment in to haul debris out from the back yard, which I did. They did a good jump of cleaning up the yard where the tree was, but left a driveway full of stuff that fell from the loaders for me to clean up. 6 - I paid - no offer to discount, btw. I told them the least they could do was waive the credit card fee…they left, I let my other two dogs out in the backyard not knowing they had left my gate open. Yes, I should have checked but by this time it had just all been too much and out of habit, just let them out. And Yes, you got it, they both got out. I found one 1/2 a mile away about to go onto a busy road. 7 - the owner was apologetic, but all of this was totally unavoidable and unacceptable 8 - final thought, when the estimator arrived to what was going on and I was, with all right, angry and telling him about all of this, he told me I was over exaggerating and basically being a bit too much. I hope they learned some lessons today and I hope if you higher them you have a better experience.
