- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and always explained upfront. We charge a simple hourly rate, plus any applicable stair fees, long-walk fees, or mileage over 40 miles. We never add hidden costs or surprise charges. We also offer discounts for same-day moves, repeat customers, and multi-hour bookings. Before we begin any job, we make sure you understand the full price so everything is transparent from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by going over the details of your move—locations, items, stairs, timing, and any special requests. Then we provide a clear, upfront price so there are no surprises. On moving day, we arrive on time, walk through the home with you, protect your furniture, and handle everything safely and efficiently. We keep communication open the whole way to make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years I’ve managed operations, logistics, and teams in fast-paced environments, which translates directly into running smooth, organized moves. I have hands-on training in safely loading, securing, and transporting furniture, as well as managing crews, planning routes, and protecting customers’ homes and belongings. Every move we handle follows proven techniques I’ve learned through real experience—not guesswork.
