I did not know carpet cleaning could perform such miracles! Ours was stained, worn down and just plain ratty. Kelvin went over it first with the old-fashioned sprayer wand-type, which got some of the dirt but left a lot and did nothing for the nap of the carpet. Then he got out the big gun - the Rotovac! That thing's a living breathing miracle worker! My 15 year old carpet that hasn't seen a cleaner in who knows when looks practically good as new! Stains are a thing of the past, the original color has returned, and he was even able to pull up the nap in all but the most worn down places. I would not hesitate to recommend his service, and am very grateful for the super job he did! THANKS KELVIN!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can give an estimate through Thumbtack. Once we arrive we will give you an exact Quote. Most cases the estimate matches the quote. Some quotes may change do to soil conditions, stains and add on’s by the customer such as stain protectors etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a tour through the home or business with the client to see what issues they want addressed such as spills and stains. Does any furniture need to be moved, etc. Explain the service we are going to do and how we will do it. How long it will take and the dry time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years in the floor care industry and IICRC Certified.
