I asked Richard Melvin Jr to install a pet door in my sliding door. He came when I scheduled him a few days later to look at what the pet door looked like so could give me quote for job. He was Reasonable in his price and he came back the next day to install the door. He admitted to me he had not done a pet dog in slider door before but he was able to read up on it and could do it. His work was very professional when finished. He took his time to add foam weather stripping to make it as air tight as possible. He installed the door lock at top instead at bottom as instruction book suggested for ease to reach it without having to bend down each time. This helped me with my old age. I would recommend him to anyone needing work done in your house. You won’t be disappointed! I will be using him again for sure.

Responded immediately but booked out a week. So, I used someone else for a priority project then waited for RJ for my next project. He did an exceptional job, was friendly, courteous and punctual, and the cost was below expectations - so I tipped him! I would definitely use RJ again if needed.
