Introduction: I am the owner and the proprietor of "The J-Mar Personal Chefs Agency." We specialize in at-your-home healthy family meals, individual and group cooking class lessons, food services for professional athletes/entertainers and nutritional private chef services. As a personal chef, my primary goal is to inspire as many people as possible to either "think about" or "begin" to eat, cook and live a healthier lifestyle.
