Jason and his team did an amazing job on my project. I needed 1800 sq.ft. of flooring and 400 liner feet of new based board installed along with constructing a 4th BR with closet. Jason was prompt to meet with me, he was very respectful, very caring about my needs and made suggestions based on his experiences. I loved that his team kept the empty boxes to work on as they went along to ensure no damage would happen to any of the planks. The construction of the 4th BR was better than I could have imagined. We went back and forth on ideas before finally settling and like i said it was better than i had imagined. I had many, many needs that he catered to above and beyond my expectations. Jason’s wife Shelly was amazing to work with as well for support. Constant communication from both including progress pics at the end of each day from Jason. Jason and Shelly are two of the nicest people. If you have a project you need to hire this team!! I hope the pics tell the story better than I have. HIRE JASON!! He loves what he does and cares for your property as though it were his own.

This crew is outstanding! They replaced the flooring in our whole house and it is better than I expected. Following a rather challenging and destructive ceramic tile removal (by another company), they leveled the floors and put down LVP beautifully. The trim work is fantastic, along with framing and drywall work they also did. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. All of the guys were professional, polite, and great to work with. I honestly can't say enough good things about them. We will most definitely be contacting them again for future projects. Big thanks to all at Complete Home Remodelers!

We had such a great experience with this company. We were in a lerch and needed our floors finished. My husband did half the work 🤣🙈 They responded within a short time and came out the following business day for the estimate. They offered a super reasonable price to finish the job, arrived on time or early, and their staff was friendly/ professional. We are completely satisfied with the work they did and time frame it took.

Amazing company! Jason came out next day to give me a quote very reasonably priced! Easy to get scheduled for the work.   We are very competitive with our pricing. If another company quotes the same scope of work for less, we will beat our competitors price.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Give us a call or email and the office will schedule an in person appointment. After discussing project goals, some measurements, and possible options, we will then email a free estimate to you. If everything is agreeable, a convenient start date will be set.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  After high school, I attended NKU and Cincinnati State to pursue my business degree. Having grown up in rural KY, being able to tackle nearly any project is a way of life.
