The PrimeEssence team has gone well above and beyond for our family. They are super quick to respond when we have questions, flexible when we need to rearrange our schedule for any reason or add on a cleaning day, and some of the kindest people we have met. They work quickly and pay close attention to detail, getting into the nitty gritty and removing stains and spots I didn’t event think I could get out. 10/10 recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Prime Essence. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Every room looked and smelled amazing—details I didn’t even think to ask for were taken care of.
They were respectful of my home, efficient with their time, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s such a relief to find a company you can trust to do things right the first time. Walking into a spotless home afterward felt like a reset I didn’t know I needed.
