- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
YES! I am constantly reading in my field from journals, to articles and research on health, weight loss and habit change. I attend 3 national training per year for continuing education and business development.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After losing 65 lbs. in 16 weeks, I wanted to pay my success and happiness forward to help others who are as discouraged about losing weight as I was. Plus, I knew that becoming a health coach would keep me accountable and help me to keep the weight off. Coaches are 95% more likely to keep the weight off. That's goof-proof!
