- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees include all usage of my tools, supplies for hair and makeup or tanning depending on which services have been agreed upon. I do assess travel fees when you are outside of my typical service area or your service is during peak traffic times. All of my fees are based on the time of year, day of the week, opportunity costs of other jobs, number of services booked, etc. In some but not all cases, deposits are collected to hold future dates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know what they are wearing for the occasion I am helping them out with, what is the event, do they have inspiration photos of looks they what for their hair and makeup and then we get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an international makeup artistry course with QC Makeup Academy and I also took their Hair Essentials Course. I am also a Master Certified Spray Tan Technician.
