- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out to us, we start by providing a free rental analysis of your property to give you an idea of its market potential. Next, we schedule a property visit to see it in person and make any necessary adjustments to our initial estimate. Once everything looks good, we finalize the agreement and get started managing your property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 25 years of military service, where I developed strong leadership, organization, and strategic planning skills that directly support my work in real estate and asset management. I also hold a Florida real estate license and have extensive training and experience in asset management, real estate investing, and deal underwriting. This background allows me to accurately evaluate property performance, identify value-add opportunities, and manage assets with a focus on long-term growth and stability. Combining military discipline with financial and operational expertise, I deliver professional, results-driven service for every client.
