We offer free estimates with detailed scopes so you know what’s included. Pricing depends on your roof’s size, condition, material, and installation requirements. We can walk you through options that fit your budget and explain where your money goes. If we uncover hidden damage during the project, we discuss the work and cost with you before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your concerns and inspecting the roof. Then we prepare a detailed proposal and walk you through the options, materials, warranties, and pricing. Once you’re ready, we finalize selections, handle permitting, and schedule the work. We keep you informed throughout installation and finish with cleanup, final inspection, and your warranty information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Florida-licensed roofing contractor and third-generation contractor with 10 years of industry experience and a degree in Construction Administration from the University of West Florida. Before starting Berling Roofing Solutions, I oversaw more than 2,o00 roofing projects, from residential homes to condominiums along the Gulf Coast. My background includes hands-on work, project management, and overseeing roofing operations. We’re certified installers for the roofing systems we recommend through our trusted manufacturer partners.
