- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, there is no one size fits all solution to property damage. The answer to this question will depend on the size of the area affected area and how many repairs are necessary to restore the property. Our team will assess the situation and give you a clear quote so you can know exactly what the costs will be in your situation. We will also assist in the insurance claims process
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the property is inspected with thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to locate all the water damaged materials and avoid mold growth potential. Secondly we sign a contract so that services can be performed. Third, Than all standing water will be removed. Forth, Then we will place high-quality dehumidifiers, fans and air scrubbers to remove excess moisture in the building materials of your home. This will also eliminate the risk of mold growth happening to your home or business and ensure that your property is safe for your family and friends. Fifth, If you choose we can handle the rebuild of your home or business better than it was before the loss happened.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We as a Company have over 13 yrs of experience in the Residential and Commercial remediation industry. We hold the following certifications as a company IICRC, Unrestricted Florida Commercial General Contractor, Mold Remediator License and Mold Accessor License.
