- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide diagnostics and free in-home estimates for qualifying services. If a free estimate does not apply, a $49.00 dispatch fee will be charged. If a diagnostic is needed to determine the issue and required repair, an additional diagnostic fee may apply. Any applicable fees will be discussed onsite and approved before any work is completed. If you have any questions about whether your appointment will include a free estimate or a diagnostic service, please feel free to ask when scheduling your appointment. Examples of free estimates: Installation of new water heaters, toilets, faucets, etc. Pricing remodel projects A diagnostic is when we need to spend time figuring out what is wrong to determine the price to repair. Examples of visits requiring a diagnostic: Drain issues Repair of water heaters, toilets, faucets, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact us, we will gather more information about your plumbing needs and help find a day and time that works best for you. After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a text message confirming your appointment date and time. When our technician is on the way, you will receive another text notification so you can be prepared for their arrival. During your appointment, you can expect an honest, highly experienced plumber who will clearly explain the issue and provide pricing before any work begins. All plumbing repairs and installations are completed to the highest standards and backed by a full warranty from Holt Phillips. We strive to make the entire process easy, convenient, and stress-free for every customer.
