About
Established in 1979, Watts Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical began operating out of a portable shed in Charles’s back yard, with wife Lois Watts running the home office. In 1980, the founder’s son, Leonard Watts, a serving member of the United States Coast Guard, began working at the family business. In 1983, the company opened its first building at 803 Nilsen Street in Haines City, FL. In 1985, Leonard purchased the growing business from his father and took over its day-to-day operations, with Charles still employed as the license holder up to the day of his full retirement in 1989.

When we called Watts , we needed an immediate price on a new central air system . John and another gentleman arrived within two hours . They were prompt , efficient , professional and polite, and gave us a quote that was competitive and reasonable. John was very accommodating with our schedule and came back the next morning to go through everything with us . We had used Watts as our HVAC supplier in another home years ago , and so far we are very pleased we called them .

Our technician Jose was excellent! He allowed me to watch over his shoulder, ask questions, and allowed me to learn about the system we just acquired! He answered all of my questions! He called into the office and got permission to clean my A/C and Heating unit and did an excellent job. I was able to watch and learn from the different tests he accomplished and learn about the condition of our newly acquired unit! Over the past (4) years, Jose worked on our previous house and did an excellent job as well! Thank for everything Jose!!!

I want to commend Watts Air Conditioningfor the amazing service they provided today.My a/c was not blowing cold air this morning.I called Watts at 12:45. Raymond, the technician to my great surprise, showed up just 20 mins later. He diagnosed the part required immediately, changed it out and was gone by 1:45. On these warm days, getting our A/C back up and running fast is very important to us. High marks to Watts and their amazingtechnician Raymond who was very professional and polite from beginning to end.I highly recommend Watts and Raymondto anyone that needs professional A/C repairsor servicing.Give them a call.
