Issue: A broken HVAC unit in 90 degree humid weather. Our previous installation co would not respond; I reached Edwin through thumbtack; he replied within minutes, drove over an hour to help and cleaned, repaired the unit. He treated the situation like an emergency and got us up and running in 2 hours! Amazing!

Why is it that AC issues are always emergencies ? Yet the emergency contacts provided by my builder a little over a year ago didn’t respond even next day during regular business hours. That’s how we got to meet Edwin @ EG Air Solutions, man his service was amazing, Edwin his owner was nothing short of professionalism and efficiency. After attempting to contact both phone numbers offered by DR Horton without any success he responded quick and came personally even quicker, fixed my issue with precision, gave me warranty for his work, and the price was the best part, I 100 % recommend his services.
Thanks Edwin for coming late evening and fixing our AC with your great energy and passion, we will definitely use your knowledge whenever needed again.
