Maykol responded very quickly to an AC emergency. Came out for a quote on the same date. The quote was reasonable. He coordinated with both me and the tenant, which I really appreciated. Another AC arose from another property, and he was able to go quickly, diagnose the issue, and fix it on site. I'd hire Maykol for all future in home repair needs. Five Star.
