- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because being photographed is such a personal experience, I typically like to meet my prospective clients in person. I always find that best results are achieved if we meet first to discuss expectations, To make it worth your while, I’ll actually take a picture of you and deliver a free digital image in stunning b&w as a gift for you to use on your social media. If you think we’re a good fit, we go from there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid, I was a hobby photographer. My neighbor and I set up a dark room and we photographed everything/anything and we developed film ourselves. I can't remember a time in my life when I didn’t have a camera in hand. Flash forward to 2007 and my daughter's wedding. Of course, I was snapping pictures, but, she had hired a friend who was a professional wedding photographer and the moment we got the ‘proof’s of her wedding pictures, I knew that professional photography is what I wanted to do. Now, just so you know, I am not a wedding photographer, My interest is fine portraiture, family, fashion and beauty. Up until 2013, I had a successful career as a corporate executive with one of the largest technology companies in the world. In 2013, I left corporate life to pursue my passion as a professional photographer. I moved to Central Florida in May of 2016 to be closer to family.
