FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love working with new clients, as it means new challenges. We typically talk briefly by phone or text, to get an idea of what they are looking to do. The next step is meeting in person at the site of the project. As we walk the property, I ask questions to get to know the principal's taste, what the goals are & discern the scope of the project. I also ask if they have a budget in mind, as I need to determine what would be the most beneficial to be accomplished, while working within their budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
nterior Design was the only subject I ever even considered continuing my higher education. I started in this work, just redoing & rearranging for friends & family. Then, it was a natural progression working with a Custom Builder, assisting our clients with designing their floor plan. & guiding them with selections & finishes throughout the building process.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients building a home valued from the $100,000's to over $1,000,000. I work with clients that have a good idea of what they like & want, as well as, clients that have no idea what their taste is, so it is necessary for me to help them to realize what it is that appeals to them. As well as working with home owners, I have worked a fair amount with Real Estate Flippers. I have also had a Florida Real Estate license for over 20 years, so my experience and knowledge gives me good insight into what makes a space appealing.
