We provide full-service property maintenance, reconditioning and restoration services for homeowners and businesses here in Central Florida. Our line of work includes painting, handy man services, lawn service, pressure washing, haul outs, and foreclosure and rental property reconditioning,
We have a broad assortment of commercial equipment that we use in our business; a 3800psi Cat commercial pressure washer, Graco paint sprayers, generators, and all the tools needed for clean-ups and recovery work, a zero turn mower with a 48" deck and assorted blowers, trimmers, etc for total landscape maintenance, a 7 X 14 cargo trailer for moving and haulouts, and also a 6 X 16 landscape / haulout trailer . Additionally, we have a well-equipped workshop here in Haines City where we can fabricate or repair just about anything in support of our Handyman Services.

Carl took care of our front door frame that had extensive wood rot. I cannot say enough GOOD about this guy. From the start he was great with communicating with me. I live in Illinois and this was work for my Florida home. He accommodated my schedule, arrived on time and did QUALITY work. He is fair in his pricing, honest and not only loves what he does, but delivers. I wish that I could have him here in Illinois to take care of a property I have here.
