I will definitely use Joel of JS Irrigation agin. I was happy with the service and the quality of work. The problem free all the way around hiring someone- I contacted Joel Monday, I told him what the issue was, and sent pix. We agreed on a price and he was here today and changed out the PVB, he was on time and the price was what we agreed. I will use his services agin.
