- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact my clients, thu email, call, and text. I will send them an invitation to create an account on MYTAXPORTAL where they can upload all of their tax information and fill out my "clientele worksheet" Through MYTAXPORTAL, my clients and I will keep communication. Once I finish my client's tax, I will then send them their return for viewing and Esigin n, before E-FILE. If paying cash half will be paid upfront, the remaining payment will be paid before E-filed. My services are available ALL year round.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. I've been working as a Tax Preparer for H & R Block for 2yrs, Jackson Hewitt for 1yr and over 10yrs in my business. I take 18hr of Tax credited course and register with the IRS every year.
