Very nice guy and got us scheduled and work done quickly. Much more responsive than other companies I received quotes from. Quality was acceptable and he has assured us that the gaps in the sod will grow in eventually. Pricing was confusing. On the phone he said $175 per 500sq ft for sod and $180 per pallet for labor and I was estimating our yard at around 3,000 sq ft so we would need about 6 pallets. When he walked our yard the price went up significantly though he still only ordered the original 6 pallets. We ran out of sod before the job was finished and he said he’d need more money if we wanted him to finish so my husband and I decided to just finish the rest ourselves. He threw in free palm tree trimming which he came back and did a few days later. Seems to be a man of his word and pretty reliable if you need to get a job done quickly.
