Responded quickly and got the job done just how I needed. Even cleaned up after they were done. I was having a hard time finding a company to come and remove two dead trees, but they got me scheduled very quickly. Will definitely be using them again.

He proposed $200 service fee initially then offered me $150 later on. I agreed to pay $150 to get the work done. Then when they showed up to the site they said they cannot do the work unless I agreed to pay $250. I said I can pay the initial offer of $200 but they insisted $250, I declined the offer and they left. The issue is not about adding extra $50, it’s about professionalism and business ethics. I don’t feel confident in doing business with them.
