Anatoli is an excellent professional and a truly reliable person. We had an appointment scheduled for 2 PM, and he arrived exactly on time. He carefully inspected my washing machine, explained everything clearly, and gave me detailed recommendations on what needed to be done to fix it. He carried out a full diagnosis, kept his workspace clean, and left everything tidy. A few days later, once he received the necessary parts which he ordered himself and even paid for upfront he came back right on schedule again and completed the repair perfectly.
