Aylazzzat did an excellent job repairing my Viking fridge at home. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. I had a great experience with the technician who came out to repair my stove and refrigerator. They were punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Shamil did an excellent job diagnosing the clogged compressor on my high-end GE refrigerator. Additionally, he was responsive, punctual and explained the problem and repair costs clearly. It's obvious that this guy is knowledgeable and empathetic. His prices are reasonable too, based on my internet research of typical prices for the required repair work. I would certainly contact him again regarding difficult problems with a major appliance.
