Our previous sprinkler company downsized and didn’t tell us causing our sprinkler systems to be a mess. We called these guys to help and Alex came out same day. He did what he could that day and came back the following day with replacement parts. All in all the two guys I met are both great. The lady in the office that answers the phone seems awesome too. We signed up for the maintenance package.

I contacted this company on Thumbtack for sprinkler repair. This guy brought in a tech with him call Alex, they told my, my sprinkler system needed to be replaced. I paid them for a new system. a few days later, I realized one of the 3 zones did not work, I reach out to Yerlan Kossaibayev, he told me, Alex was in Boston, I called Alex, he told me he will be in Fl in 1 week or 2 and will stop by my house to check, he did and told me it was one of the solenoid that wasn't good, that he will fix it. Then never see him, I told me he will send someone lese call Artem, no one showed up. I reach out again, he said he will be in Miami 08/15, so 08/16 I called, he said he will come by 08/18, did not show, he texted me that he will come 08/19, until now, he never show up, and does not answer to call or text. the owner, Yerlan, told me to find another company after he stole my money. STAY FAR AWAY from this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND

These guys were horrible and tried to triple the price after we'd agreed on one. They didn't even address the biggest problem and after hundreds of dollars, left without it being repaired. I will never use them again and most definitely do not recommend.

Good afternoon! Your feedback is very important to us! Before the arrival of the technicians, your system was completely out of work, before the start of work, the technicians agreed with you to repair the pipe underground and replace the globe valve slip connection for $250. After the repair work, the technicians turned on your system, most of it started working and handed over the work to you! You are not satisfied that the entire system, which was not and could not be included in the primary agreements, does not work completely. Because it’s impossible to determine what works and what doesn’t work for you before repair. Technicians offered you to do additional work at a discount, you refused. If you decide to finish the work, we will be happy to help you!
