- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a rule, I’m usually willing to give a free estimate so the client understands how much time and money the job will require. However, if I come to you to actually do the work, I charge for a minimum of 2 hours. My rate is $70 per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client reaches out to me, I want to clearly understand what happened or what they need. I’m ready to come to the client, offer a solution, and give a fair price
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience in construction and I’m ready to help you get all your projects done the right way
