Pavel is fantastic! I’ve had kitchenaid out for repairs several times and they have never fixed a thing. Pavel ordered parts and had the fridge fixed within a couple days. I will call him again next time.

Pavel repaired my icemaker over two visits. He reported that he properly diagnosed and repaired a wiring issue on day one, but warned he might need to come back if it did not resolve. I contacted him that night that the problem was not resolved and sure enough he was back on Sunday morning. Problem was repaired successfully at a very fair price. He was thorough, good communicator and trustworthy.
