Our prices are based on the size and specific needs of each property, considering factors such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the presence of pets, the type of cleaning (standard or deep), and the service frequency. We offer discounts for weekly or bi‑weekly cleanings and special rates for recurring clients. Additional services such as deep cleaning, inside fridge, inside oven, windows, or organization are priced separately to ensure full transparency. All our services include the use of eco‑friendly and pet‑safe products, providing a healthy environment for your family and your pets. We do not apply hidden fees: every price is confirmed beforehand, and any adjustments are communicated prior to starting the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief conversation to understand the client’s needs, including the size of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, whether there are pets, the type of cleaning required, and the preferred service frequency. With this information, we prepare a clear and transparent quote and confirm the final price before scheduling the service. Once the quote is approved, we coordinate the most convenient date and time. On the day of the service, we work professionally using eco‑friendly and pet‑safe products, following a detailed protocol to ensure high‑quality results. At the end, we review the work and make sure the client is fully satisfied. If they wish to continue, we offer weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly plans with preferred rates.
