I highly recommend David! He took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the job, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options. His attention to detail is outstanding, and its obvious he is very knowledgeable and experienced. He takes pride in his work and doesnt cut corners. Its hard to find someone who is this thorough, honest, and professional. I will definitely be using his services again and would recommend him to anyone looking for quality work.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price work based on the job, not guesswork. That usually means the best value comes from clear, project-based pricing after I understand the scope. No surprise nonsense, and if there’s a better way to bundle a few small tasks together, I’ll tell you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the problem, the space, and the result you want. Then I ask a few quick questions, share a clear plan and price, and schedule the work. On the job, I keep communication simple, show up prepared, and make sure the finished result is clean and done right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned this work through hands-on project experience, problem solving, and working directly with homeowners and clients. I bring a practical, detail-focused approach to every job, with an emphasis on doing things safely, cleanly, and correctly the first time.
Additionally I have learned carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work by apprenticing under master tradesman, and also was a General Contractor in NYC.
