This was an easy experience. Joseph responded quickly to messaging through Thumbtack and created an appointment. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He fixed an electrical outlet and installed a doorball camera. He was clean, professional, and the work solved the issues that I had. It was also affordable and in line with other quotes. Would use again for electrical issues.

Joseph was the best. He responded immediately and showed up within 45 minutes (not to mentioned it was the Saturday before New Year’s Eve. He came to our home, listen very carefully to our issues and took action. Within a few minutes he figured out what was wrong. Actually he narrowed down to FPL line issues, he assisted with the request call to FPL , he waited several hours for FPL to show up, meanwhile he worked on other issues around the house, he followed up with a call in the afternoon to verify FPL showed up. We were so impressed with Joseph that he is scheduled to come back to complete a major work in our electrical system. We are so pleased to have met him. Thanks Joe for all your efforts!!

I called 1000 Volts Electric to install exterior lights for my home and another time he installed a wire inside the house as well. The Licensed electrician Joseph was very friendly and professional as I showed him my electrical panel and where I wanted the lights to be located. I let him know I was concerned about the cost so may need to schedule the second one for another time. He was able to get everything installed quickly and efficiently saving me time and money! He did a wonderful job right down to the last detail. And to make things even better, he is super clean and a perfectionist indeed. Having Joseph’s expertise being executed here at home was a great experience. His customer service was excellent. It’s nice to see someone who enjoys their job and does it well.
