I have a good experience with Paulina. Classes were well structured and exiting. I revised grammar, found out with pronunciation of some common words which I didn't use to in the right way before, learned a lot of new phrasal verbs. For me may be I would like a little bit more conversation practice. But maybe it is a problem of very limited period for classes.

Paulina helped me to be able to comunícate myself in English, the methodology is excelente, it’s the right combination between reading, hearing, and writing. I remember my first class with her, when we realized I had to start from 0, I wasn’t able to talk without translation in my mind and in a really bad way, using basic words and creating really poor sentences. Now I feel completely different, I’ve been speakers in events, I can talk freely with friends and colleages, I can write emails without using google translate. And the most important thing about her, she is the most kind person in the world, you can see how much she loves what she does.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In my experience, when the student pays in advance, there is least chance of interrupting the flow of the learning process as cancellations are minimized.
Fees:
$60 45-minute Class (Only for children under 6 years and Conversation for Adults)
$90 90-minute Class
$120 2-hour Class
The recommended time is a 1.5-hr Class at least twice a week so that we have time to work on activities and then to practice online.
Classes are paid in advance on the first class of the month.
Discounts:
15% discount on a 50-hr Plan ($2550)
30% discount on a 100-hr Plan ($4200)*
*The best option for an 8-month course
Cancellations:
Cancellations will be recuperated by adding 30 minutes to the next 2-3 classes.
Schedule:
MON & WED: 2 PM to 3:30 PM; 4:30 PM to 6 PM; 7 PM to 8:30 PM.
TUE & THURS: 1:30 PM to 3 PM; 7 PM to 8:30 PM.
FRI: 2 PM to 3:30 PM; 4:30 PM to 6 PM.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An Assessment Test is essential so I can prepare a Lesson Plan suited to the student's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied in London, UK and graduated from college in Venezuela. I continue researching and learning to enhance the quality of the classes I give. English is fascinating!
