We performed a major interior renovation - full kitchen, bath, floors, laundry room, front door - to our home in Miami over a 6-month time frame. The company's work was exceptional. Ariel worked closely with us throughout the outset of the project. He brought new ideas that really helped us realize our vision. His crew (in particular Neri) showed up every day, on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. They were very accommodating despite a few surprises in electrical and plumbing, working overtime to meet the project timelines. We're so happy with our home and there's not one thing we would change. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ariel and crew without hesitation for a renovation or new home build.

We came to this project with several ideas that were within our head, yet unable to fully conceptualize it. We met Ariel and were deeply impressed by his level of professionalism. He was creative, knowledgeable and receptive to our design, and proved able to manifest it into practical application and execution. After creating a plan, his team was able to support us within a few weeks time to begin the project. His team was prompt, every single morning at 8:00, while conscientious that we were remaining within our home for this extensive remodeling. The team was equally professional, kind, supportive and clean. The communication throughout working with Ariel was precise and immediate. He was always a quick text away, and checked in physically almost daily. When tweaking needed to take place, Ariel was very accommodating and fair. From start to finish, our experience with Full Service was gratifying. Ariel came to us with integrity and devoted work ethic, which remained consistent and constant. South Floridians often struggle to have positive interactions with contractors and team members, yet we have found our company, and will confidently and passionately refer Full Service to friends and family.

Well. I don't even know where to begin. I guess I will start with pricing - most people care about that foremost. Ariel is owner and GC and he isn't the cheapest but he is not the most expensive either. You will definitely find cheaper - but he's worth it. With this contractor, I was being harassed to hurry up and bring my stuff so he could finish! Can you believe it - instead of the contractor disappearing for days at a time and missing deadlines and making the job last forever, he did a complete remodel of my home in 2 months. I mean this was a complete gut job in 2 months! My uncle is a retired roofer and builder and he was on the job checking them every 2 or 3 days. He would just show up and walk around watching the guys and he said they were doing a good job. He was amazed at the number of guys on the job site - like 10 people at a time. Ariel was there daily and the people he had there were knowledgeable as well. The finished product is spectacular. When people walk into my house - its "wow" this and "wow" that. My home is amazing and well made: the floors, the plaster work, the plumbing, the electricity, the A/C - good solid work. But let me tell you why he is truly one of a kind and why I will never work with another contractor: He finished the job in March 2020 and I didn't move in until August 2020. When my son took a shower, the tub was not sealed around the tile and there was a leak. I was freaking out because he was all paid up and it was 5 months later. I called, he picked up the first ring and I told him what happened and he was there the next morning! I was so relieved and grateful - he fixed the issue without hesitation. This man stands by his work - very rare! I hired a cheaper guy to do a smaller job in my house and he destroyed my home. I had to call Ariel back and he graciously made time for me (he is an extremely busy man). I ended up paying for the cheaper guy and Ariel - its a lesson: I should have just hired Ariel. I will never make that mistake again. Your home is your biggest investment - don't compromise - hire the best - hire Full Service. You will not be sorry.. Anne V

This is the BEST contractor you will ever find! We always heard that contractors don’t call back, don’t meet deadlines, don’t show up as agreed, etc. We first met with the contractor with the intention of renovating a bathroom. We ended up doing two full bathrooms, a brand new kitchen, the garage, all closets, house lighting, porch renovation and more! They are fantastic. They show up every day on time with no exceptions. We always knew what the scope of the work for the day, week and month was. The team is reliable, honest and very respectful. They became family to us! The pay attention to the minimal detail and the materials they use are the highest quality. I can’t say enough how satisfied we are! We just signed to now also do the driveway pavers. Highly recommended!!!

I recently worked with Ariel from Full Service and he helped us remodel my entire house over the course of nearly a year. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of work and level of professionalism he demonstrated throughout the project. When learning for a contractor, we looked over what felt like hundreds of reviews and options, and narrowed down our search to around 5 general contractors. Ariel was the only contractor who really sat down with us to understand our vision and goals for our home renovation. Ariel was also the only person who let us come to two different projects he was working on, and speak to the home owners directly! One of the key strengths of Ariel was his exceptional problem-solving ability.
