I had a significant leak related to a filter problem in my fridge that I discovered on a Saturday morning. This company was quick to respond to my request for service on Thumbtack, coming to my home to assess later that day. He assessed the problem, helped figured out where I could turn off the water to stop the leaking, ordered parts for repair (which he said would take 3-5 days to come) and was able to fix my problem by that following Tuesday. Really efficient. My only surprise was that the rep that came didn’t speak English and needed an app translator to communicate. It did not affect the great service I received, but it was a surprise. He didn’t actually introduce himself when he showed up at my door with his tools, saying nothing as he was examining the fridge. But honestly, once we started using the app and communicating, he was able to explain the problem and I was at ease. I only mention this because I know some customers might not be happy about this, but he got the job done by showing up on a weekend, assessing the problem, and fixing the problem in a timely way, for an affordable price. I am in no way disappointed!

He did an excellent job with installing backsplash in our kitchen as well as putting up a chandelier in our dining room. He put a lot of time and effort into these two tasks to make sure they were perfect. Highly recommend.
