Alex did an excellent job and repaired my 7 yr old LG pedestal dryer. The dryer barrel was turning but clothes were not drying. Thought it was a clogged dryer vent but it turned out the electronic board was bad. Alex ordered the part and said he would return within 5 days when the part came in. He was back the next day made the repair and conducted several checks to make sure it was ok. He conveyed the price up front which was extremely reasonable. He also replaced the bulb in my microwave oven and didn't want to charge me. Alex is smart, hard working, honest, and dependable. Had no problem communicating. Plan to use his expertise for any future repairs. Trust and honesty are my number 1 concerns when hiring anyone. He met both those requirements.
