Konstantin delivered great work. Very reliable, professional, affordable and tidy. He fixed an opening in the roof of one of our closets and he installed an outlet where there wasn’t one and in the midst of that he noticed there was a shortage in one of the light switches and fixed it. We’ll definitely be working again in the future.

Excellent drywall repair work! The repair was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The finished wall looks smooth and seamless, you would never know there had been damage there. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing drywall repair.
Konstantin showed up on time, got right to work repairing some pretty extensive drywall issues, and even cleaned up when he finished. We are very satisfied with the results and won’t hesitate to call DMD the next time we need a job done right.
Konstantin did a great job. My situation was more complicated than I anticipated but he was a great problem solver every step of the way.

He was very prompt when responding to my request for a quote. He arrived on time and did the work as described. Great quality drywall work, I couldn't be happier. See attached before and after photos. I will definitely be using him for other projects in the future.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $80/hour, minimum 2 hours. Hardware like screws and anchors is included. Any extra materials or tools are approved with the client in advance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a few quick questions, review any photos or details, give an estimate, and set up a time. I always arrive prepared, do clean and professional work, and leave the place tidy.
