I charge $80/hour, minimum 2 hours. Hardware like screws and anchors is included. Any extra materials or tools are approved with the client in advance.

I ask a few quick questions, review any photos or details, give an estimate, and set up a time. I always arrive prepared, do clean and professional work, and leave the place tidy.
