We provide upfront pricing whenever possible, with no hidden fees. Most projects are quoted based on the scope of work, and materials are billed separately. Discounts may be available for multiple projects, property owners, Airbnb hosts, and ongoing maintenance clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a conversation to understand your needs, goals, and budget. After reviewing the project, I provide recommendations and a clear estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, complete the project professionally, and keep you informed throughout the process. For ongoing clients, we can also document repairs, equipment, and maintenance history in our AI-powered Digital Home Passport to help keep property information organized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in property maintenance, repairs, renovation projects, and property management. We continuously learn through real-world projects, industry training, manufacturer documentation, and modern technology tools. In addition to practical experience, we use an AI-powered Digital Home Passport system to help clients better manage maintenance, repairs, warranties, and property records.
