- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We dont Like things done half way! We go all way until we have the results that we want.. I always tell our professionals that if they can see something wrong, the clients can see either! So we dont pretend we aren't seeing the spot or the dirty! We cannot do such an unprofessional thing! And number one rule: Always smile! There is no worse situatuon for me that when you hire people that have a closed face. So we always say.. Open your face! Open your mind and let the good energy fill the place!
