Hi John, As much as we appreciate your feedback and your opinions, your review is misleading. First, you told us you wanted to pay $150 because that was supposedly a quote you got from another company (A company that was not even available to do the job). We explained that we would try to match the price as close as possible, but it might not be exactly that, and you agreed to the actual price (just around $200) before the job was done, same day. That is not “triple the price,” and that certainly does NOT make it a scam. The work was done properly, and you were satisfied enough to even give the technician a large tip — which was entirely your choice, not ours. If you truly thought this was unfair, you could have called our office immediately, you had our phone number, instead of waiting a month to leave a review. We were under the impression that you were happy with the job, we worked with you on getting you a good price, it was only a month later that you all of a sudden let us know about this. We even checked in with you immediately after the job to see if you were satisfied with the service. At the end of the day, you got exactly what you needed, the work was done quickly, professionally, and at a reduced cost for opening a safe. Based on the service you received, this really should have been a 5-star review. We do appreciate our customers, and customer service is our number ONE priority which I am sure you were able to tell from our communications. Please next time if you have any issues call us right away, we are always here to help our customers and make sure they are happy and taken care of.
