Excellent. I had a tough problem integrating an old lock and key system and a new smart lock. He really thought outside the box and did an amazing job. I highly recommend him. He is also very responsive to messages.

Contacted Sam’s Locksmith to request repair of a lock. I was put in touch with Leo who asked me to send a picture and to describe the issue with the lock. A time was scheduled. When he arrived, Leo told me what the problem was and repaired the lock. He worked efficiently and provided an invoice when the job was completed.

I was in the proverbial "pickle". Headed out for my morning walk, door locked- keys inside. I needed in fast because I had much planned! Sam called me back within 5 minutes- sent Leo out and Leo got there 20 minutes later and got the job done quickly. Very nice personable person. It wasn't the easiest lock but he stayed with it and truly earned that tip! Thanks for getting me back to a productive day!!
