This year 2014 you will live healthier and have a more fulfilling life. As solution-focused therapists, our goal is to help you uncover your true potential and find solutions. Change is your constant companion; it will be continuous throughout your lifetime. You may be married or not, renting an apartment, buying a house, made a friend, a friend may have died, believed in something and have become disillusioned. Through all of these, you are tested. By making changes and applying new techniques and approaches, you will live a more fulfilling life. We have been working with children, adolescents and adults for the past 20 years, in a variety of therapeutic settings. We help individuals, couples and families reach goals which lead to effective communication, parenting, problem-solving skills and increased self-confidence. I am currently the President of the Broward Mental Health Counselors Association. Let this year be your year!
