Travis and the staff at GENUINE were a GOD send!!! Had issues with another funeral service!!! Met Travis, explained the situation and he was unbothered by removing my loved one for the other funeral home. He never got frustrated, distracted or weary but instead offered GENUINE support, comfort, customer service and understanding. Not only did he and the staff embrace our family, but they also delivered on every promise and exceeded our expectations. NO BRAINER!!!

Travis was so amazing to my family for my grandmother passing .he gave nothing but great hospitality ,customer service and excellent communication skills. He even went out his way to make sure we were comfortable for our grandmother.His team did a phenomenal job and we gladly appreciate their service. Please work with the genuine funeral llc your loved one will be in great hands and have a proper beautiful funeral.

You guys sent my mom off like the queen she was. I truly appreciate every moment of that day and I watch the videos of that day and I cry and I smile. I know she was smiling down at just watching th e manic happen. Thank you again for the beautiful funeral you gave my mother.
