Travis and the staff at GENUINE were a GOD send!!! Had issues with another funeral service!!! Met Travis, explained the situation and he was unbothered by removing my loved one for the other funeral home. He never got frustrated, distracted or weary but instead offered GENUINE support, comfort, customer service and understanding. Not only did he and the staff embrace our family, but they also delivered on every promise and exceeded our expectations. NO BRAINER!!!

Travis was so amazing to my family for my grandmother passing .he gave nothing but great hospitality ,customer service and excellent communication skills. He even went out his way to make sure we were comfortable for our grandmother.His team did a phenomenal job and we gladly appreciate their service.
