- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and upfront. Rates are based on the size of the move, distance, and number of items. We include the truck, movers, and basic furniture protection (stretch wrap and blankets) in our quotes so there are no surprise fees. We also offer discounts for repeat customers, referrals, and weekday moves when available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we gather details about the move — pickup and drop-off locations, items being moved, stairs or elevators, and preferred date/time. We then provide a clear quote. Once approved, we schedule the move and confirm 24 hours prior. On moving day, we arrive on time, protect all furniture, load securely, transport carefully, and place items where the customer requests at the new location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in loading, securing, and transporting furniture and household goods safely. We are trained in proper lifting techniques, furniture protection methods, and safe driving practices for box trucks to ensure every move is handled professionally and efficiently.
