Hired on Thumbtack

Any family who's gone through a move knows the stress that can be associated with it. Even when you hire a team to assist there's a lot to worry about logistically. Well I asked this company to help my family and it was a total fail.

The two guys came out assessed everything in person after I already sent them pictures. After lifting the heaviest item said they need a 3rd guy and would return in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later they cancel and ask to reschedule for the next day (Sunday). They offered to reduce the cost since it's more for 3 guys, well Sunday comes and nobody showed up. I messaged through thumbtack no response, I called no answer and no voice-mail. No matter how many times I tried to reach out. Completely ghosted us. Horribly unprepared, unprofessional and unreliable company. Do not use.

On the other hand if you need help, please reach out to Big Boy Movers, helped on a Sunday short notice when this terrible company put us in a bad situation. It's sad because I think this is the first bad experience I've had o. Thumbtack.
