- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are donation based. 5% of all donations go to a charity of your choosing. To continue to serve our community we ask for a minimum donation of $15 per stamp for those who can afford this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We direct you to our website and ask you to fill out the appointment form. We then send you a zoom invite for your preferred appointment time. We ask you to email your documents. Once on zoom we verify your identity and have you sign electronically. We then notarize, secure and protect your document and email you the fully executed document. Sessions are recorded per Florida State law.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure any Remote Online Notary's are familiar with the laws in your state and theirs. Your security and that of your documents are our highest priority!
