- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more hours the packages have the more the discount in the total value
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a 30 minute phone or video call to assess all the client’s needs, if the client prefers we can also do an email assessment, based on this I hace different packages of hours, some clients like to start with few hours, as few as 3 hours per week, and increase the packages as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Business Administrator graduated from the Catholic University of Asuncion, I am also specialized in small and medium family companies graduated from the Pacific University.
