- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i like to talk to my guests in order to understand what they like and what they want/need so I can customize the menu according to their preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor in Business Administration from Haiti, a Certificate in Commercial Cooking from Miami Lakes Educational Center and an AS in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up helping out my grandmother on week ends at her Catering Service. I enjoy cooking so I made a career of it.
